The Akhil Bhartiya Yoga Mahasangh has selected Bhujangasana on the tenth Yoga Day. The idea behind this is to promote the physical, mental and emotional development of women. In which Bhujangasana can provide very important support. We are briefly focusing your attention on this -

Physical Benefits: Due to doing all the work of the house and not doing proper physical exercise, there is pain in the back, difficulty in bending, slipped disc and other diseases related to the back, which can be easily cured by Bhujangasana. Menstrual problems are overcome, such as irregular menstrual problems, PCOD etc. Problems like obesity, constipation, thyroid, asthma, respiratory problems, sciatica etc. are diagnosed.

Mental Benefits: Relieves problems like stress, depression, insomnia, etc.

Emotional Benefits: Removes fear, that is, strengthens the mind by removing any kind of weakness of the mind.

समूह के लिए 300 रुपये निर्धारित किये गए हैं इसके लिए समूह में न्यूनतम संख्या 100 अपेक्षित हैं।
